Dr. Beck-Torres is always a pleasure to see. Would have preferred that the registration paperwork was emailed or texted to me so I could fill them out online or I could print it and bring then with me. This took about 18 minutes and I rushed through it, I was there early for paperwork but the staff was at lunch so no one was there to hand me the packet until my appointment time. This prolonged the wait almost an hour all together and there were 2 of us at that same appt. time. If they prefer to keep the process the same please tell patients the entire visit may take up to 2 hours including filling out paperwork so we can schedule the rest of the day appropriately.
